Fixed bugs:

- After playing for a long period of time, the game may crash when switching slot machines.
- In certain circumstances, you could bet even though you had no credits available.
- If you press 'BET 1' while the bill acceptor was visible, the 'SPIN' button would not light up.
- If you quit the game while the bill acceptor was visible, the game state would not be saved.
- In rare cases, the game could get into a state where it would never save your cash/credits when quitting.
- Game no longer allows small bills in large denomination machines (ie $1 in a $5 machine)
