Pop 'n' Learn

Pop 'n' Learn is fun and educational for children aged 2 to 4yrs. Pop colored balloons in the blue sky, animal balloons in the jungle and star balloons in space. As your little ones pop for fun they learn colors, animal names, and counting up to 10, at the same time as hand-eye coordination. Including 3 favorite children's songs to sing along with while they learn.

PARENTS! - Pop 'n' Learn is designed to be played by parent and child together. We're parents as well and we play this game plus our other games with our own toddlers every day, or whenever they ask (which they do often). As you play the game will prompt certain questions to add to the learning experience. This is about playing together with your little ones for fun and learning rather than offering only a distraction....although our games do keep children entertained!

What do the little ones think?? - In testing, our 2 yr olds made incredible progress with counting and colors after playing Pop 'n' Learn daily for a week. And after just two weeks of daily play they were able to navigate the iPhone and start the game by themselves. As parents we have been very happy with the results and it's all great fun for the little ones plus a fantastic opportunity for quality time with Mum or Dad.

Pop 'n' Learn is split into levels -

Story Mode -

Colored Balloons - Teaching numbers and colors together as your little one pops the correct number of certain colored balloons in the blue sky, progressing through levels. Sing along with 'I can sing a Rainbow' as you play.
Animal Balloons - Animal Balloons float high above the jungle. This adds animal names and sounds to the learning experience. Sing along with 'The Animals Came In Two By Two' accompanied by jungle sounds.
Stars - Pop the correct number of beautiful colored stars as they twirl through outer space leaving trails of stardust. This level is a big favorite for relaxing entertainment and learning...and so far we haven't found a child who doesn't pause to sing along with the lullaby tones of the 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' sound track.

Fun Mode -

Some times we all need a break from learning...time to go wild and just have fun. This mode simply allows them to go Popping Crazy.



Puppet Spiders was formed because, as parents of 2yr olds and as people who already developed video games for a living, we really wanted to share with our children and to do everything we could to help them learn. We saw such rapid growth in their counting and recognizing colors and so on, plus a incredibly fast improvement in hand-eye coordination, that we realized we had to publish the games. It's amazing to see your little one go quickly from just looking curiously at the iPhone and trying to figure how to hold it, with a vague grasp of counting and colors - To operating the iPhone with clear skill and having vastly improved counting and color/object recognition and association.

QA - We don't publish anything that our test dept don't approve. Heading up the QA dept we have Emelia (2 & 1/4) and Eryn (2 & 1/2) plus we also test with children up to 3 and 4yrs old. Older children get a different experience from the game but still enjoy and it reinforces learning they may be receiving elsewhere.
