A powerful study and analysis tool for improving your game:
--- Fully General Hand Ranges ---
Think in terms of hand ranges, not just specific cards (poker is a game of incomplete information). PokerCruncher's fully general hand ranges feature is the most powerful in the App Store, and is more powerful than even PokerStove (e.g. range equity breakdown heat maps; see the 2nd and 3rd pics).
--- Deal-To-Flop and Flop Texture Analysis ---
Understand flop odds, in addition to the usual river odds. Also many stats: hand histograms, flop hit stats, odds for flopping draws and combination draws.
--- Tutorial ---
If techniques like thinking in terms of hand ranges and flop texture analysis are new to you, no problem, we've written a PokerCruncher Tutorial on our website to get you started.
--- Redesigned and improved for iPad ---
* All players, stats, and hand range views are integrated on one main screen - what we call a "mission control screen" for poker odds analysis - so you can see the big picture more easily and enter cards and hand ranges even faster.
* Portrait and landscape orientations: all views auto-layout as you rotate the iPad - cool.
* Watch all stats and the range equity breakdown heat map update in real time as the calculation progresses - cool.
* A few more features than PokerCruncher's iPhone/touch version, e.g. hand histogram bars.
* Higher default number of simulations (2.5 x) for even more accuracy, thanks to the iPad's faster processor.
HAND RANGES FEATURES:
* Fully general hand ranges, surpasses PokerStove's features
* Full grid of all 169 starting hands; no text entry
* Tap/swipe grid cells to select/multi-select
* Top x% of hands slider
* Hand range %age/odds indicator
* Extensive built-in hand ranges: pairs, broadway, connectors, Ax,Kx,etc., suited/offsuit, Sklansky hand groups
* Select suits in hand ranges
* Save/load/name hand ranges
* Range equity breakdown heat maps and detailed stats
DEAL-TO-FLOP AND FLOP TEXTURE ANALYSIS FEATURES:
* Hand histograms: odds for making OnePair, TwoPair, etc.
* Flop hit stats
* Odds for flopping draws and combination draws
* Enter a blank flop (to see what a hand/range can flop) or a specific flop (flop texture analysis)
GENERAL FEATURES:
* Runs locally, internet connection not needed
* Fast Monte Carlo simulation, complete enumeration for some common cases
* Up to 10 players
* Specific cards, random/unknown cards, hand ranges
* Generate random player and board cards to set up practice/test scenarios
* Dead cards
* Fold/Un-Fold players
* Export hand text to email
* %age's or n:1 odds
* 2-color or 4-color cards
* Setting for number of simulations, including Infinite
iTunes reviews are greatly appreciated, thank you.
WHAT'S NEW IN THIS VERSION
UI improvement: make the Deal-To feature clearer in the UI. We got an email from a customer who thought he was seeing incorrect odds; turns out he had accidentally set Deal-To-Flop and didn't notice what this feature does. Thanks for writing.
* Make the Deal-To feature clearer in the UI by dimming the non-dealt cards to 10% brightness. This is to emphasize that simulation stops right before the non-dealt cards, and doesn't consider the non-dealt cards.
Many thanks for your iTunes reviews.
