The iRobbo is a game where You, Robbo the robot, have to collect needed amount of bolts and leave the planet on a warpship.

This of course is not as easy as it sounds. The game, after all, is a mixture of action and puzzle genres.

The game contains 50 levels of increasing difficulty. Some levels require good reaction and fast decision making, some can not be complete without careful deliberation.

The goal of the game is to reach Robbo’s home world - planet Zyyr. To get to Zyyr, You must complete all 50 levels.

You have to find keys to open locked doors, get bolts, move though the laser beams at the right time, avoid dangerous enemies, position objects in the right place and move explosives to a useful place so that you can create a path when you detonate them.

The main game character - Robbo the robot - is controlled in unique iPhone way. Instead of using “virtual joystick” - an image of joystick drawn on a screen that reacts on taps, Robbo is controlled by simple gestures like swipes and holds. So in order to make Robbo move one step, player shall just quickly swipe and tear the finger away of the screen. While to make a continuous move, player shall put the finger on screen, swipe in desired direction and hold till needed. Simple and effective!

Oczywiście nie jest to takie proste jak się wydaje. Gra jest specyficzną mieszanką stylu zręcznościowego z logicznym.

iRobbo zawiera 50 poziomów o wzrastającej trudności. Niektóre wymagają refleksu, inne rozwiązywania łamigłówek.

Celem gry jest powrót Robbo na rodzimą planetę Zyyr. Czeka go długa droga przez wszystkie 50 poziomów.

Po drodze musi zbierać śrubki, znajdować klucze do drzwi, lawirować między promieniami laserów, unikać groźnych przeciwników, umieszczać przedmioty na właściwym miejscu i torować sobie ścieżkę, detonując materiały wybuchowe.

Sterowanie jest opracowane specjalnie dla urządzeń zgodnych z iPhone. Zamiast stukać w narysowany na ekranie "wirtualny joystick", sterujesz Robbo przy pomocy gestów. By wykonać jeden krok, przesuwasz jednokrotnie palcem po ekranie. Aby poruszać się w sposób ciągły, pozostawiasz palec na ekranie po przesunięciu. Proste i skuteczne!
