Version 4.4.1 fixes the slowdown on old devices (from prev update), and adds a requested feature delayed count.

1) New Option: "Show count with delay", with this option on if the count is shown, then after a card is dealt will not instantly update, but instead show dashes. This helps people learning to count, by updating the count in their head then a bit later verifying the count after it is displayed.
